Unpaginated. #D27. Picture of Donald Duck with a halo sitting in Santa's lap with a long list swirling around them both. Red and yellow lettering. Foil strip is intact and complete. Edges are worn, especially upper right corner. First edition, first printing as evidenced by "A" under binding of last text page. Copyright page has 2" tear, which has been repaired with archival tape. 4 pages near the end of the book have small upper right chip to corner of pages, which does not affect text or illustrations. The "This Little Golden Book belongs to" box is blank. Pages are clean and free of marks and scribbles. Book is in surprisingly good shape considering it's been enjoyed by children for over 50 years now. Illustrations are wonderful, as expected from the artists at Disney. Cute story line with Donald learning the Christmas customs of other countries, as he tries to "fool" Santa into bringing him presents all over the world.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
